Survey of regulatory principles for e-assessment

Add a comment

The regulatory principles for e-assessment address developments in e-assessment activity, where regulation is needed to take account of the specific nature of this mode of delivery, whilst ensuring flexibility to encourage innovation.

The 4 country regulators are in the process of carrying out a survey amongst awarding organisations delivering qualifications with an e-assessment element to ascertain where and how these e-assessment principles are being implemented, to help inform regulation policies.

A report from the survey is expected to be published at the end of March followed by a number of Awarding Body case studies.
